Neighborhood Construction Project

PURPOSE OF REPORT
The purpose of this report is to update the owner of Leblanc Incorporation on the construction project
on 188th street. This project was started on May 15 th, 2022, and we have just completed the houses
themselves. This report was written on August 6 th, 2022.

Task List and Estimated Dates:

1. Land for Project Bought (May 1st, 2022) 7. Inspector was supposed to show up
2. Cul-de-sac and House Designs Begin (May 10 th, 2022) but did not due to being sick.
3. Cul-de-sac construction completed (June 20 th, 2022) (August4th,2022).
4. House Framing (June 21st-July 10th, 2022) 8. Storm hit (August 5th, 2022)
5. House Interiors and Exteriors (July-11th-July 30th, 2022)

 Inspector did not show up for appointment due to sickness.
 Storm came through but no damage to construction for the most part.
WORK REMAINING
 Inspection will need to be made before we can put these houses on the market.
CONCLUSION
 This project is pretty much all done due to good weather conditions all summer. We will
reschedule the inspection within the next week and we should get the houses on the market
in two weeks.
