Greetings!

We hereby recommend to adjust the start of mobilization for SM City Baguio – Driveway
Rehabilitation to the first week of January 2022. Considering that the project integrity and timeline
might be greatly affected due to the rainy season for the next couple of months as shown in the table
below. Another factor is the stopping of construction operations on October 15 to December
2021. Lastly, we also need time to process the necessary government permits to proceed
with our Driveway Rehabilitation Project.
