the Dilshad Plaza Association of residential & commercial.

Dilshad Plaza which is a residential cum commercial building was constructed by


M/s.Ashish Developers and Builders Pvt. Ltd., in the early 1990s. At the time of
the construction of the project, the required fire safety norms as were required
during the period of the development of the said project were provided by our
sister concern i.e M/s.Ashish Developers and Builders Pvt. Ltd.

Subsequently the common areas were encroached and stair cases were removed
as per the whims and fancies of some of the owners, as a result of which the
building has become very unsafe and hazardous for residing from safety point of
view in the event any unforeseen or unfortunate fire accident of a major scale.

In fact, in the recent months, 2 minor fire accidents occurred which could have
led to major disaster to the lives of the residents and occupants of the
residential and commercial units

After becoming aware of above circumstances and considering the unsafe


conditions of the complex, we have decided to redevelop the whole project but it
was a big and difficult task to convince and settle about 200 owners of Shops
& Flats.

However, after putting our sincere efforts we had convinced and settled
the commercial and residential owners for redevelopment of the whole
project and thus the redevelopment work is in progress now.

Accordingly, we have started demolishing the existing structure in a


phased manner without disturbing the neighbors and by taking
adequate safety precautions.
