DEAR HON. CITY MAYOR,

Referral to your letter dated August 30, 2017 regarding your Resumption Order No. 1 in connection
with our contract of the Proposed Road Concreting from P-13 to New Terminal, we regret to inform
you that we cannot proceed the works due to the following reasons, towit

1. Cutting and clearing of coconut and mahogany trees still exist as of September 12, 2017 and cleared
only last October 05, 2017.
2. Clearing of service drop wire was only done last October 18, 2017.
3. Existing Water District line service connection encroaches the proposed roadway such that it posed
as an obstruction.
4. A two storey residential building was only demolished last December 04, 2017.
5. A residence of Mr. Ambul encroaches the roadway line such that it posed as an obstruction.

In view of the foregoing reasons, we request that you recall Resumption Order dated August 29, 2017
and issue a new resumption order as soon as obstructions are completely resolved.
