Good day!

This is to request from your good office a joint inspection of the project “CONSTRUCTION
OF LOCAL CORE ROAD FROM POBLACION TO CASUGURAN” under Local
Government Fund-Assistance to Municipalities (AM) 2018 Program. The project is already
completed and therefore subject for final inspection pursuant to Section 4.4.3 of the Joint
Memorandum Circular No. 2017-3 which states that the municipality shall invite DILG during
pre-final inspections (punchlisting) and final inspections.
