Greetings of Peace!

The Barangay Sub-Project Committee (BSPMC) together with the community residents
is presently implementing the 4th Cycle sub-project entitled “Construction of Sitio Guilong
Access Road” in Barangay Dalawa, Alilem Ilocos Sur. As per meetings and assessment
by the Area Coordinating Team through the Technical Empowerment Facilitator, our sub-
project will be having a savings and the community residents through barangay assembly
meeting conducted on March 14, 2019 decided to use that savings to utilize the grant
given to Barangay Dalawa, Alilem, Ilocos Sur for the enhancement of the sub-project
through variation order.

We the BSPMC and community residents understand timelines for the completion of the
sub-project to beat, however we the BSPMC whole heartedly commits to finish the Sub-
Project not later than June 2019 failure to finish the sub-project will be our accountability.

Thank you and we are hoping for your unending support to the improvement of our
Barangay.
