RTC I BUILDING

Greetings!

May we respectfully request the services of your office to conduct inspection,

assessment and recommendation on the repair/rehab of an old building at the
TESDA Regional Training Center. The building is currently being used as lecture
room and laboratory. However, it was noticed that most of the wooden parts were
already dilapidated and consumed by termites.

One of the requirements for its repair/rehabilitation is a report of inspection,

assessment, and recommendation from your office on the magnitude of repairs and
rehabilitation it needs. The findings and recommendation will be the basis of our
proposal for the said building’s rehabilitation
