Subject: Request for additional pipe

It is to be recalled that contract agreement was signed between Somali Water Resources
Development Bureau and Ugas Sahal Construction Company for construction of Idishala
Dendema Obosha Water Supply Project Lot 3 while Somali Design and Supervision Works
Enterprise is the engineer for the same project

As you know we have completed the welding of DN250PN16, DN250PN16 and DN225PN10
pipe available on our site but there is pipe shortage of 17,000 meters of DN225PN10 pipes
for transmission main,the other problems is we are waiting for your order to supply the
distribution pipe since you have ordered us not to supply the distribution pipe even though
we have signed an agreement to supply it. hence with this letter we request your good
Enterprise to give the solution for the problem indicated.
