Greetings from PEAL!

We appreciate your continued support throughout the project. We are writing to formally request an
extension of the completion period for the project referenced above.

As you may recall, we previously encountered some challenges due to delays in opening the Letter of Credit
(LC) for ductile iron pipes and fittings, as well as longer manufacturing lead times for e-PSV and e-PRV
which was notified to your good office by our letter dated _____. The ductile iron pipes finally arrived at the
site on September 27, 2023. Additionally, we encountered a significant setback in the installation of the DI
pipe due to changes in the pipeline alignment from the initial drawing. Despite these difficulties, we
successfully completed pipeline installation, pressure testing, and pre-commissioning on January 10, 2024.

Following the successful pre-commissioning, we experienced delays in resolving road restoration issues
with RAJUK, particularly concerning the use of stone in the base instead of concrete and the appropriate
ratio of ingredients. Upon receiving your instructions, we promptly initiated the road restoration work,
which is currently in progress.

Considering the current site progress and the remaining tasks, we kindly request an extension of the project
completion period up to April 15, 2024. We remain dedicated to completing the outstanding works within
this timeframe.
