It is to inform that, as per minutes of meeting held on 23.07.2014 cited reference 2
nd

the firm has to complete the fixing of clamps by 25.07.2014. But, even 50% of the clamps
havent been completed so far. And, the firm has also promised to complete the 2
nd
cast basalt
line and seam less lines in all respects by 31.07.2014. But, it may not be possible to complete it
in specified time, as its present progress is too slow. Further, it is also informed that, no concrete
works have been taken up since last two weeks.
Hence, in this connection it is requested to mobilize the work force and machinery
to complete the fixing of clamps and laying of pipe lines immediately , and also complete the
pending concrete works for culverts and remaining pedestals as evacuation of ash has already
been commenced on 26.07.2014
