    Good Day,

    We would like to inform you that the remaining materials for the project
    SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER
    FENCE AT LOS BAOS SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL BRGY. SAN ANTONIO, LOS BAOS
    LAGUNA ( 17-GOODS-20 ) are follows:

    Cement - 1000 PCS


    CHB # 5 8000 PCS
    - 22cu
    S-1 35cu
    White sand 20cu

    The delivery was started last April 2017 and its more than (two) 2 months
    by now. The deadline of deliveries is on July 15, 2017, due to the project sites
    roadway will be closed. The warehouseman advised us to discontinue deliveries,
    until further notice, due to the warehouse currently at full capacity.

    Since its more than 2 (two) months since the first delivery, may we humbly
    request to your good office to settle the full payment in advance for the said
    project.
