Management Employee Involvement
Employee involvement can be defined as the direct participation of staff to help an organization
fulfill its mission and meet its objectives by applying their own ideas, expertise, and efforts
towards solving problems and making decisions.

Quality control means how a company measures product quality and improves it if need be.
Quality control can be done in many ways, from testing products, reviewing manufacturing
processes, and creating benchmarks. This is all done to monitor significant variations in a
product.
SAFETY COMMITEES
Safety committee is an organization group that operates within a workplace and is composed of
members from its various departments, including management, frontline workers, and office staff

OPEN COMMUNICATION
open communication is the ability of anyone, on equal conditions with a transparent relation
between cost and pricing, to get access to and share communication resources on one level to
provide value added services on another level in a layered communication system architecture.
Employee problem solving task force a group or committee, usually of experts or specialists,
formed for analyzing, investigating, or solving a specific problem.
continuous improvement team is actively engaged in defining and implementing projects while
managing the overall process. They are immersed in every aspect of the process and may be an
active leader or participant in a project.
IDEA CAMPAIGN
campaign's idea is the overarching message that underpins all elements of a campaign in order
to resonate with the target audience.
SUGGESTION BOX

suggestion box is used for collecting slips of paper with input from customers and patrons of a
particular organization. Suggestion boxes may also exist internally, within an organization, such
as means for garnering employee opinion.
