International Learning Celebration Brainstorm

 Activities over two days (could potentially be over 5 days)

o If over five days, perhaps one Grade per day can have a turn to showcase
their work.
 This should roughly coincide with Unit 5 in English Class across grades
o G1: My Five Senses (Poetry and Acting out Skits)
o G2: Narrative Writing
o G3: Fables and Myths that explain world beginnings
o G4: Playscript Writing and Drama
o G5: Persuasive Writing: Debate and speech competitions
 Potential Activities
o Drama Performances
o Poetry Recitals
o Talent Show
o Around the World Activity: Different classrooms/areas are decorated with
artifacts from around the world. Students get passports to explore the world
(this is more of a stand-alone event)
o
