    Non EU citizens have to submit a proper insurance covering at least 30.000 EUR

    I hereby confirm that at the moment of application to Kozminski University I possess the insurance valid till
    February 2020, which does not cover the whole exchange period of my stay in Poland. I declare to submit my
    insurance prolonged for the rest of my period of stay in Poland at my earliest convenience.
