Dear President Lazatin:

The Department of Energy (DOE) will be conducting an Information, Education, and

Communication (IEC) Forum for various Generation Companies (GenCos) regarding the roll-
out of the Training Server of the Enhanced DOE-Competitive Selection Process (CSP) E-
based Portal focusing on the Portal’s use and navigation.

In this regard, the DOE would like to invite you or an authorized representative to attend the
one-day IEC Forum on 24 September 2021, 9:00 AM, through MS Teams. Accepting of
participants will start at exactly 8:00 am. Attached as Annex 1 is the program of activities and
links for the said Forum.

Please note that only one (1) slot is allocated for each GenCo due to the expected number of
participants and the limitation of the teleconferencing platform. In line with this, the DOE would
also like to request that the attendee from your company will be the authorized representative
to utilize the E-based Portal and said representative will have to create his/her own Training
Server test account one (1) hour prior to the start of the said IEC to maximize the time allotted
for the orientation and training. Likewise, the DOE expects the confirmation of your participant
by registering on the link cited in Annex 1 or email at doe.csp@gmail.com.

The Training Server of the Enhanced DOE-CSP E-based Portal can be viewed using link:
http://csp-training.doe.gov.ph/. The DOE encourages you or your authorized representative
to visit and navigate the website to familiarize yourselves prior to the scheduled Forum in order
to make the most of the IEC particularly to clarify the issues encountered in the process.
