Re. Job Offcr · - Food Service Supervisor

This is to contirm your position as a Food Service Supervisor, in Shiva's Iloldings Corp. o/a
Travclodge Red Deer, located at 2807-50 Ave, Red Deer, AB Canada T4R 1111. This will be a
pcnnanent full time position .

The compensation for this position will be $17.20 per hour. You will be working for 35 hours
pcr wcek. You will be paid overtime at the rate of $26.25 for any hours of work excceding 44
hours per week. You will also be paid a vacation pay of 4% of the gross salary.

The main dutics and respon ·ibilities assigned will be:

• Co-ordinate, assign and review the work orhotel front desk elerks/agents
• Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other
depa11111ents
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Requisition supplies and materials
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and an-ange
for maintenance and repair work
• May perform the samc dulies as workers supervised.
