Employment Terms - 2023


Overview
As an engineering service company, the resources are as important as clients. Based on our
past experience, resource retention is a challenge though we predominantly hire from campus
drive. As a mitigating plan, we have brainstormed the new terms & standards which we can
adopt from the industry.

This document furnishes the information on the new terms and conditions we are proposing to
retain resources until we take back the investment in them.

Internship & Stipend

● The candidate must serve 9 months of the mandatory internship period.


● There will be 3 phases of the internship as mentioned below.

Phase Duration Stipend Amount

Phase 1 4 Months Rs 12,000

Phase 2 3 Months Rs 13,000

Phase 3 2 Months Rs 14,000

● Duration of each phase may vary depending on individuals performance during


each phase. First phase is eliminatory, Phase conversion is subject to individuals
performance).

Salary Details - After the Internship


● After the 9 months of the internship the candidate will be provided with the package of
Rs 4,20,000 per annum.

Bond Period
● After the internship the candidate must work with our company for 2 years (Mandatory).
They will be provided with a guaranteed increment of a minimum of 12% after first-year
completion. Maximum is based on their performance and Company performances.

Medical
● Medical Checkup - Candidates should be prepared to undergo a full medical
checkup before joining and during the course of employment.
● Medical excuses - Medical excuses during the internship & bond period will be
validated only by codingmart’s medical team, employees' prescriptions or records
won’t be honored.

Location
● As per the requirement the candidate must be flexible to work in any of the mentioned
locations. (Bangalore, Coimbatore)

Notice Period
● The candidate must serve a mandatory 3 months of notice period once the resignation is
approved by the company.
