Management Trainee HR

Job Summary
Management Trainee's will be in a probation for a period of 3 months, post that on the basis of
their performance absorbed in the system as Recruitment Associate.

On the basis of profile and performance during the interview process the compensation offered
during probation period would be INR 15,000 – 18,000 per month.

Post Confirmation the Fixed CTC would be in the range of INR 3,00,000- 4,00,000 (Depending
on the performance during the training period)

Role Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities and Duties

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

• Screening resumes
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Performing reference and background checks
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are
achieved
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Completing timely reports on employment activity

Required Experience and Qualifications


PGDM/ MBA with HR Major/Minor is Mandatory.

We follow 6 days work policy from Tuesday to Sunday with Monday being Week-off.
