Handling the Management Trainee / Officer Trainee Process. Initiating innovative ways of sourcing candidates. Coordinating / Tracing training with the organisation. Designing & Implementing the eLearning workflow. Anchoring & facilitating employee engagement & Rewards & Recognition programme in the company.
