Job Description:

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing our HR strategies, policies, and
initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure the effective
implementation of HR programs that align with our business goals. Your expertise in stakeholder management,
performance appraisals, learning and development, and organizational development (OD) will be instrumental in
driving our company's success.

Role and Responsibilities:

 Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support on a wide
range of topics.
 Collaborate with managers and employees to foster a positive work environment and maintain effective
employee relations.
 Advise and assist managers in all aspects of performance management, including goal setting,
performance appraisals, and feedback sessions.
 Develop and implement learning and development initiatives to enhance employees' skills, capabilities,
and career growth.
 Drive organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, and overall
performance.
 Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR, bringing innovative ideas and strategies
to the table.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


 Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a startup environment.
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
and effectively.
 Demonstrated expertise in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder
relationships.
 Strong knowledge and experience in performance management and appraisals, including goal setting
and feedback.
 Proven track record in designing and implementing learning and development initiatives.
 Hands-on experience in driving organizational development initiatives, fostering a high-performance
culture, and managing change.
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
 Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the
organization.
