TIRAMISU

UTENSILS, TOOLS & EQUIPMENT


▪ whisk ▪ spoon and fork
▪ hand mixer ▪ plate
▪ bowl ▪ mesh strainer
▪ spatula

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 in 1 alaska creama – asada
• 1 tsp Instant coffee powder dissolved in 3/4 cup hot water
• Broas Lady Finger Biscuit
• Cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla flavoring
PROCEDURE:

For the Cream Cheese Filling:


1. In a bowl, beat the chilled Alaska Créma-Asada and cream
cheese with a hand-mixer using high speed. Beat until
mixture is well combined and soft peaks form. and Add the
vanilla flavoring and beat for 3 more minutes. Set aside
until ready to use.

To Assemble
2. Place black coffee in a shallow bowl. Dip lady
fingers one by one and arrange in one layer in
your container of choice. Add a layer of the
cream cheese filling. Add another layer of the
lady fingers followed by another layer of the
cream cheese filling. Smoothen the top layer
then store in the freezer to harden. Thaw
tiramisu and dust with cocoa powder before
serving.
