to partake in an upcoming Youth night event with the theme of “It’s night, it’s Vincentian Youth Night!”
that is under the supervision of Vincentian Parish Youth Ministry (VPYM). It is an event opportunity where all
young servers will be invited to showcase their talents, bringing everyone closer to the church and keeping
their hearts in fire of passion to serve our God.

The general rehearsal will happen on November 19, 2022 (Saturday), starting at 5 pm on Miraculous Medal
Shrine Parish – Parking ground and will end at 10 pm on Sto. Domingo de Guzman Sub-Parish.

I understand that by allowing to join the general rehearsal, I am

also allowing him/her to join the event that is on November 20, 2022 (Sunday), starting at 5 pm on Miraculous
Medal Shrine Parish – Parking ground.
