the vessels by swinging around with the force of the air and the rise of sea level in the sea that can affect
the vessel when departing in other countries. Thirdly, it is important to take precaution first when
dealing with cranes machine because it might save you or kill you on the spot when you are in the ships
vessel doing the operation of the work.
