Walnut Coding, founded in 2017, has become a global leading
platform for kids to learn coding with fun and joy.
Walnut Coding curriculum teaches the fundamentals of
coding: logic, structure, sequencing, and algorithmic
thinking. They foster creativity as students build original
projects like websites, apps, and create animations.

Per lesson average completion is 40min, participate in all classes to
get a Certificate for the curation of IGS 5
She reads some articles about how the world is changing and what
the future looks like in the digital world. She immediately thinks about
the kid’s future. How to prepare them to be successful in the future?
She noticed from the article that soft skills is important to help people
success in the future not only about the academic record. The KOL
asks the followers: what should I do to develop my child soft skills?
(post a poll survey to the audience)
IGS 2:
Show the polling result from the audience and find out 1 comment
which is relatable to the current situation:
“coding can be a good option as it helps kids to improve soft
skills, especially creativity and logical thinking.”
KOL elaborates more about soft skills:
Ah yes! I believe today we can't stress the importance of formal
education or academic record only but at the same time, let our kids
explore their excitement and soft skills. I am proud of my kid's
academic record from the previous semester, but realize kids must
have more soft skills like creativity, problem-solving (feel free to
add/change according to KOL persona) to be more competitive in this
digital world. I think coding is a good idea, thank you for the advice.

Hey, I am back. Yesterday I tried to find the best coding class for my
Walnut Coding class. Surprisingly I got 3 free trial classes and all the
lessons can be accessed via online apps.
As much as I want my children to learn coding, I believe there are
also parents like me that's quite concerned if we need to send our
children to physical classes as it would increase their chances of
getting viruses. Thus, I think Walnut coding is worth to try.

Note some requirements before taking the class:
- The apps learning is only compatible with laptop/dekstop (>32 bit
windows version 6+, Mac)
- All classes would be delivered in English, so it’s good to improve
my child’s English proficiency. Don’t worry if the kids are stuck,
they have a local tutor to support kids via chat.
- Kid’s age must be 6 yo ++, No balita!
