    Article 5.
     
    No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

    Explanation:
    No one has the right to punish people by torture or any acts of violence upon
    them. Certain protocols are used in order to punish them according to the eyes of the
    law. Certainly, no one likes to feel pain or to injure themselves so we have our own
    processes in accordance to the laws so that everyone is treated fairly in accordance to
    the law.
