If septic, is there an approved PERC test?

Are there active restrictive covenants?
Is there an approved builder list?
Is the land tillable, wooded, etc.
What is the current zoning?
Is the land subdividable? (Check zoning)
Are any property rights reserved? (mineral, timber, hunting,
etc.)
Check if it's in a flood plain,

Some associations or municipalities have restricted short
term rentals (airbnb)
Review covenants and bylaws to see if there are any

Has property been code inspected?
