 HELMET WITH PHONE SLOT

AIM: -
To solve problem of neck bending to talk on phone call while driving
two-wheeler.

WHY THIS NECK BENDING: -

 Emergency call from family, office, other health related
emergency.
 Office worker below average salary who can’t buy EarPods.
 People who live long distance from their family talks to them in
this time.
 People who have EarPods and don’t have charging usually try
these types of stunts.

RISK IN DOING SO: -

 Can cause accident.
 Also, can cause strain in neck, muscles etc.
 If phone fell from that height can cause damage.
 Can cause distraction while driving.
Why This Design:
 This design is chosen by our group because of its user friendly
and cost-effective design.
 This design is very easy to use and doesn’t take time to set-up.
 People can talk on two wheelers very easily with this design.
 The design doesn’t sacrifice on the safety of the rider.
 The call clarity will also be very clear.

Description:

 The design is integrated with the helmet and doesn’t require any
external set-up.
 The Helmet can accommodate a phone size of maximum 7
inches.
 The slot on the helmet will automatically adjust to the size of the
phone so that the phone doesn’t fall during the ride.
 There will be a mesh on the inside of the helmet that will allow
the rider to talk on the phone without any interruption and with
full clarity.
 For additional safety the slot will have a strap over the phone so
that it doesn’t fall during the ride.
 The user can attach their phone to the slot when a call comes
and ride without any hesitation.
 There will be foam on the bottom of the slot so that the wind
noise doesn’t disturb the call clarity.

 Small- (13-14Cm).

2. Phone Slot Size: -

1. Can fit maximum 7 inches phone.
NOTE: -
-Slot have elastic body and elastic strap ,and are very less in cost.
- Also the slot has tags which can accesses many functions
simultaneously. (NFC's tag).

3. Sensor: - It will be installed with touch sensor for features like

picking calls, increasing volume decreasing volume, and many
more

4. Costing: - Average costing of helmet around 1000Rs. and the

products cost we designed will be Average of Rs.1500 includes
the helmet and product.

Features:
-Easy to access.
-Sensor have assists so you can call back.
-Volume is easily increased and decreased using sensor.
-NFC's Tag can connect easily to a device in a single go.
-Elastic straps to easily access device and its light weight.

Working: -
-Phone directly fits in slot.
-NFC's tag will connect sensor easily.
Sensor will be activated on a touch and can be easily used for picking
& declining phone calls, increasing volume, decreasing volume.
SENSOR: -
-Scroll up to pick call
-Scroll down to decline call
-Double tap to increase volume
-Triple tap to decrease volume.
As phone is removed it will shut down sensor automatically.

NOTE: -
It is easy to ACCESS

CONCLUSION: -
This product we designed is very simple to manufacture
and will be the best solution for neck bending problems.
