Introduction of Altor smart helmet

 Altor, the smart helmet startup was established by Bilal Shakil, Sayan,
Shamik Guha, and Anirban Gupta from The Institute of Engineering and
Management, Kolkata. In 2019, Altor came into existence. Altor is India’s
first range of smart headgears that help in the detection of accidents and
immediate prevention.
ALTOR SMART HELMET THAT CONNECTS
WITH MOBILE

 Altoris a unique and intelligent gadget that

connects to the mobile phone and detects
accidents in a fraction of second. The built
– in accident detection system instantly
sends a message to the rider’s emergency
contact including their last known position.
Features of smart helmet

 Swipe to receive/disconnect: This is a feature that allows the passenger to

effortlessly receive or terminate calls with a single swipe left or right
 Inbuilt navigation: This function assists us in locating the rider and providing
the last known location information if he encounters any difficulties or
accidents.
 SOS alert : When an accident occurs an alarm message is automatically sent
to the user’s emergency contact.
 It has a sensor that automatically makes the helmet strong after an accident
to keep the head safe. It is a waterproof helmet.
 Once charged it will work for more than 36 hours.
 IF I GOT OPPORTUNITY TO ADD SOME FEATURES IN THIS PROUCT
THEN,

1) In this helmet there is only one speaker, so I will

add one more speaker for better sound quality and
for music also.
2) This helmet is only for android users. I will work
more on technology research and then I will make
this product for i-phone users also.
3) I will invent an idea to the sim in helmet itself.
