Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing with a view to expressing my profound dissatisfaction with the


smartphone I purchased via the official website of your company. The appliance I
bought is Oppo A8, deemed a state-of-the-art model.

First of all, never have I been m Yours since , rely, ore dejected. Scarcely had I
opened the parcel when I noticed there was a scratch on the screen. To make
matters worse, it transpired the volume buttons function inappropriately.
Whenever I turn the sound up, it turns down. Last but not least, unfortunately,
the phone appears to be irresponsive to finger tapping.

In conclusion, I feel genuinely resentful by the way I have been treated. Having
included the bill of sale, I am sending the device back to you. As a reimbursement
I demand a full refund; otherwise I shall be enforced to take legal action.
