First of all, never have I been m Yours since , rely, ore dejected. Scarcely had I

Whenever I turn the sound up, it turns down. Last but not least, unfortunately,
the phone appears to be irresponsive to finger tapping.
In conclusion, I feel genuinely resentful by the way I have been treated. Having
included the bill of sale, I am sending the device back to you. As a reimbursement
I demand a full refund; otherwise I shall be enforced to take legal action.
