Provides the possibility to modify the Quality of Service (QoS) profile, as defined by 3GPP, for an already established bearer.
The Efficient DRX/DTX for Connected UE feature allows the UE to stop monitoring the PDCCH during certain reoccurring
time periods. The saving in terms of battery time depends on the individual device implementation, how the feature is
configured and on the type of traffic. Web-browsing type of traffic typically has more significant saving potential than
continuous download or voice type of traffic.
The Enhanced PDCCH Link Adaptation allows efficient use of the PDCCH resource while ensuring the quality of service
requirements.
The purpose of Inter-RAT Offload to WCDMA feature is to hand over traffic load above a configured threshold from an over-
utilized Evolved UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN) cell to a configured set of UMTS Terrestrial Radio
Access Network (UTRAN) FDD cells with extra capacity.
To manage the redirection of User Equipment (UE) in RRC_CONNECTED mode towards a different LTE frequency when the
UE measures poor coverage in the current LTE frequency. Redirection is controlled by the network and triggered by UE
measurement reports of the serving LTE cell.
The Multi-Target RRC Connection Re-Establishment feature extends the basic feature RRC Connection Re-Establishment
with more cases where RRC Connection Re-Establishment is supported.
Limited Service Mode Emergency Call Support enables emergency call functionality in limited service mode such as calling
without a SIM or without service coverage from the home network, which in some countries is needed to fulfill regulatory
requirements. Emergency calls, placed as a normal call, are supported without this feature.
The Mobility Control at Poor Coverage feature improves the functionality of the Session Continuity feature to increase
mobility handling flexibility at poor coverage.
The PDCCH Power Boost feature benefits the user in the following ways:
-Improved system capacity due to an increased number of scheduled users per TTI, especially for the VoIP traffic.
-Increased cell coverage for, for example beam-forming (TM7 and TM8) and heterogeneous network scenarios due to
increased PDCCH coverage.
The Multiple Radio Bearers per User feature permits User Equipment (UE) to establish as many as eight simultaneous data
radio bearers. Each radio bearer can have a unique Quality of Service (QoS) profile so that the RBS can apply different
scheduling priorities. This feature provides the base for future traffic separation by the QoS feature.
The purpose of the PHICH Group Spreading feature is to enable users to be distributed in different PHICH groups.
The Prioritization of VoLTE in Access Barring feature allows operators to prioritize the VoLTE, video call and SMS services
over other packet data services even when the Access Class Barring feature is activated. The end users experience higher
accessibility when making calls and sending SMS messages in congested scenarios.
The RLC in Unacknowledged Mode feature is useful for services that tolerate a packet loss rate and require lower latency. One
type of these delay-sensitive streaming services, and maybe the most important one, is VoIP. The RLC in Unacknowledged
Mode feature provides services using reduced control signaling overhead.
The Prioritized SR Scheduling feature prevents UEs from reaching the maximum number of SR transmissions.
The QoS-Aware Scheduler feature allows configuring of the scheduler on a QCI basis. This can be used to configure absolute
priority scheduling for Data Radio Bearers (DRBs) in regard to air interface resources. It also enables configuration of
scheduling algorithms per QCI, given that appropriate scheduler licenses are in place.
Features is used at call setup for SRVCC Handover
The feature is used in LTE to compress headers of primarily radio bearers carrying(VoI)P calls to increase capacity and
coverage.
The Service Specific DRX feature makes it possible to configure different DRX parameter settings for different services, in
order to optimize the DRX configuration for respective service.
The main purpose of this feature is to keep the called UE in RRC_CONNECTED mode for a longer time during alerting, in
order to give the VoLTE users more time to answer a call before it is dropped due to inactivity.
The purpose of Service Specific Load Management is to enhance control of the UE selection process for Inter-Frequency Load
Balancing, Inter-RAT Offload to WCDMA and Inter-Frequency Offload.
In the event of poor coverage in the serving cell, the SRVCC Handover to GERAN feature enables the eNodeB to use
handover as the mechanism to transfer User Equipment (UE) with voice bearers from LTE to GERAN.
The Service Triggered Mobility feature enables coverage-triggered mobility, based on the QoS defined for the UE bearers. The
feature applies dynamic levels of coverage thresholds based on the QCI profiles of the bearers.
The SRVCC Handover to UTRAN feature enables the eNodeB to use handover as the mechanism to transfer User Equipment
(UE) with voice bearers from LTE to WCDMA; with the voice bearers being handed over to the Circuit Switched (CS)
domain.
The Coverage-Triggered WCDMA Session Continuity feature (optionally combined with the Mobility Control at Poor
Coverage feature) provides the RBS with the possibility to release the UE and direct it to a WCDMA frequency (release with
redirect) in the event of poor coverage in the serving cell.
To manage the redirection of User Equipment (UE) in RRC_CONNECTED mode towards a WCDMA network when the UE
measures poor coverage in the current LTE frequency. Redirection is controlled by the network and triggered by UE
measurement reports of the serving LTE cell.
Feature is for Service Specific Hybrid Automatic Request
The main purpose of Packet Forwarding at S1 Handover feature is to reduce packet loss during S1 handover. There is a short
interruption in service during the handover time between the source and target RBS, and data forwarding ensures that data
buffered in the source RBS is not lost.
This feature helps in Dynamic allocation of PUCCH
The TCP Optimization feature is useful to provide a low queuing delay while maintaining high link utilization, and thereby
improving the perceived end-user performance in terms of system responsiveness without sacrificing throughput.
Dynamic UE Admission Control greatly improves retainability and throughput of connected users and stability of the eNodeB
in certain overloaded scenarios by differentiating and rejecting incoming requests to be admitted in the cell.

Description
Activates or deactivates the Allocation and Retention Priority (ARP) based pre-emption function.
The value of the attribute is irrelevant when no valid license key is installed for the Differentiated Admission Control feature.
Takes effect: Cell lock/unlock
The eNB interprets Allocation Retention Priority Levels, received from the Core Network, between 1 and paArpOverride (inclusive) as Privileged Access.
Defines the downlink resource allocation strategy of the QoS Class Identifier (QCI).
