1 System Startup and Shutdown

Starting Up the System

4 Unknown RIS Code

Replacing an “Unknown RIS Code” with the Proper Examination


Scenario: A patient is selected and under the examination list an “Unknown RIS Code”

5 Resending or Reprinting
an Image

Resending an Image to PACS


(Works the Same for a Rejected Image)
• Select the patient name from the worklist.
• Click Review.
• All images of that patient appear.
Note: Rejected images are marked with *.
• Click on the thumbnail you want to send to PACS. This image appears
on the left.
• Click Store…
• Select the destination (PACS, web product, etc…).
• Select the scope:
- Selection: Sends only the thumbnail selected to the destination.
- All: Sends all images to the destination including the rejected ones.
• Click Store… again to send the images.

Reprinting an Image
(Works the Same for a Rejected Image)
• Select the patient name from the worklist.
• Click Print.
• All images of that patient appear.
Note: Rejected images are marked with *.

6 Locating Missing Images

If an image is missing from your patient


examination section, you can check the
system for the last 5 images* processed
on the workspot as long as the system
has not been restarted.

• Click in the order shown in Fig. 1.


• After the images have loaded (this
may take a while), click Patient List
and select the patient with the name
“Test, Images” (Fig. 2).
• Click Examination and open the
examination called Test Images (Fig. 3).
• Click u to open the study/examination.
• Scroll down to the examination titled
“Test Images
Last Images” (Fig. 4).
• Open the examination, and scroll down
to see the last few images stored by the
system. These appear as raw data or
unprocessed images.
• If you find your missing image, move it
to the correct patient examination by
using  .

Note: Moving the image to the correct


examination will correct the orientation,
automatic annotations, image processing,
and examination names and view names
that are sent to the PACS.

* Retreived images from the PACS are included in this test image folder.

The following table shows the corresponding indication on the portable
detector and the system status.

5 Locking the tube arm in
parking position

The tube arm when locked correctly allows the system to move faster and
smoother. Please follow these steps to correctly lock the tube arm in parking

6 Image export troubles

Images not Exported Issue


• If there are too many images in Export
Queue, please check WiFi connection
strength first or else try to export
images by connecting LAN cable (check
with hospital IT colleague for specific
LAN ports).
• If the issue still persists, then clear the
export queue (by selecting each case
and click on ‘Cancel’).
• Go to tab System > Export Queue
• You can export the images later one
by one when the connection is re-
established.
• Also, you can ask the local IT colleague
to check if any changes were recently
made to the hospital network settings.
In case there are changes, those have to
be re-entered on the mobile as well.

How to use the touch screen adjustment (only for advanced user)
In the event of misalignment of touch location on screen and actual
effect, touch screen adjustment is recommended.

11 Emergency stop usage

Emergency stop usage


• In the event of irregular system movement, unresponsive UI,
Emergency stop is used.
• However, it should be only used when absolutely necessary.
• Frequent usage of emergency stop may result in software crash and
may corrupt the patient database on the system.
• It is also advised to reboot the system at least once in a week to avoid
sluggish performance at times as the reboot helps in refreshing the
system memory.
