Internet and Connectivity Issues with Online Exams

By design, VU Collaborate (D2L Brightspace LMS platform) is designed to capture only
one session for a quiz. This means one device, one internet connection, or both. The
system is not designed for students to have OTHER browsers or files opened while they
are in the quiz. Students should be typing directly into the quiz and not into other
applications. Where students fail to take on this advice we can’t be of further assistance.

2
Please note, in the event of an investigation as to what caused any internet issues, if it is
found that you had other applications open the issues you reported would be considered
void.
