FEES AND ENROLLMENT GUIDE 2020 SEP INTAKE

DOCUMENTATION
Applicants who are eligible for enrolment may register by submitting the following documents
together with the Registration Fee.
 Duly Completed Registration Form of the Horizon Campus
 Educational and Professional Certificates
 National Identity Card or Passport
 One Passport-size photograph
 Copy of the Birth Certificate.
Note: - Photocopies of certificates and NIC/Passport should be submitted along with the originals;
the originals will be returned.

HORIZON CAMPUS FEE

 Application Fee : Rs. 500.00

 Registration Fee (non-refundable) : Rs 30,000.00
 International Coordination Fee (£ 200) : Rs. 50,000.00
 Course Fee : Rs. 200,000.00

Students may choose one of the following two payment schemes at the beginning of each year.

Note:-
01. Payments to be made by cash or cheque in favour of “Horizon Campus Limited” directly to
A/C No. 002010563351 at HNB, City Office. If payments delayed without informing the
finance department on or before the due date, a penalty payment of Rs. 100 per day is
applied.
02. The above fees are subject to future government taxes and levies.

BIRMINGHAM CITY UNIVERSITY FEE

 Birmingham University Fee : £ 1,000.00

Note: -
01. Above fees should be paid at the beginning of the Academic Year.
02. The fees above are subjected to annual review.
03. Student should pay the university fee within (30) days of the date of Invoice.
04. A penalty payment is applied after 30 days.

REFUND POLICY
Registration Fees
The above fees are not refundable under any circumstances and this registration fee is valid for 5
years from the date of registration.
Course Fees
The refundable course fee is calculated as follows:
 Student who is discontinuing from a course up to 7 calendar days after the first class
commencement date will receive a 50% refund.
 Student who is discontinuing from a course 8 calendar days or more after the first class
commencement date will not be eligible for any refund.

Students planning to withdraw from academic programmes should notify their intentions in writing
to the Registrar through Head of the Department.
Students who do not officially notify discontinuation of a programme will not be entitled for any
refund.
