Dear Sir:

I, ALMA A. TOTAL, am writing this letter in connection with the late submission of my Travel
Order re: the “Consultation Meeting for School Heads and 2022 NQESH Passers.” Due to my
dual function as a Classroom Teacher and at the same time as an Officer-in-Charge, I failed
to notice the memorandum on time. The only time that I’ve seen the group chat messages
regarding that memo was after my Grade 9 class at 4:00 PM on November 18, 2021, which is
Friday. And since our school is located on an island municipality, it is not possible to submit
the Travel Order on that same day due to transportation schedules and distance from the Real
Sub-Office.
