- The commercial data processing means a method of

applying standard databases, and it includes the usage of
batch processing. It involves providing huge data as input
into the system and creating a large volume of output but
using less computational operations.
 How is it USED?
Used to accurately process large amounts of data quickly
and more efficiently, with less chance of error. Computers
can also store large volumes of data providing the memory is
big enough. The computers can then transform this data
(usually numerical) into information that can be used by
businesses.
 Where is it USED?

1. In Commercial Companies
Commercial companies use this to process large amounts of data quickly so that
consequent decisions can be made.

2. In The Field of Accounting

Accountants use it to process the data more quickly without too much or any
errors.
