When Albert Einstein says, “Life is like riding a bicycle, to keep
your balance, you must keep moving.” I felt that. Riding a bike relieves my stress. The emotional, physical, and mental health of mine improve and develop, I feel better. Every time I stepped on my pedal and keep moving I feel so relax and comfortable. Shortly, I forget all the problems I am facing; unlike in staying at home, I am insane. Due to this pandemic, the world covers in fear, sadness, grief, and anxiety. Because of this event, the lives of many people had changed. Now, we are continuously experiencing the COVID- 19 pandemic. As a student, who is now studying online learning, I have lost myself but after someone encourages me to ride a bicycle, I found myself again. I can see the beauty of having a ride and hang out with friends and making new ones despite this pandemic. I become healthier and can travel without spending lots of money. I enjoy my life and see the beauty of nature through biking.
