I am excited to be applying for the position of cargo customer services officer with Singapore
Airlines.

I am resident of New Zealand and postgraduate in business administration from New Zealand
and have more than 10 yrs experience in airlines/aviation managing operations and customer
service. I have also hands on experience to work in all areas of the airport/airline operations.

From my previous experience managing ramp operations for Air New Zealand, I am trained
and aware of

 Unloading and loading rules for safety of aircraft

 Acceptance of cargo such as documentation, packaging and labelling
 Dangerous goods trained
 On Time Performance
 Load sheet and load master trained
 Forklift licence

Having the above-mentioned skill set and experience in airport operations, I will be able to
quickly contribute to company’s busy operations and with minimum training.

I am currently abroad visiting my family in home country after long time. I will be arriving
soon in 3 weeks’ time and until then you can contact me through email.
