Sub:- Revised order in connection with training benefit of primary teachers.

The undersigned has to inform him/her that this office earlier order regarding training benefit of Primary teachers
issued vide memo no - BDPSC/GEN/2648(32)/2023 dated 24/02/2023 is hereby withdrawn and stands cancelled.

Again in reference of memo no – 102-(47)-SC/P dated 03/02/2023 of the Joint Director of School Education, West
Bengal read with memo no- 541-ES/EE/10M-15/18 dated 09/12/2022 of the Joint Secretary Fax- to the Govt. of West
Bengal, he/she is again informed that the benefit of ‘A’ category scale of pay of those teachers under his/her circle
who possessed only B.Ed (Special Education) or D.Ed (Special Education) from R.C.I recognised Institute but did not
complete the 6 months special programme in elementary education from NCTE recognised institution is hereby
revoked from their respective date of joining.

Again he/she is also requested to treat them as ‘B’ category teacher and draw the actual pay of such teachers from
the month of March 2023.

In this connection a format is annexed herewith separately with the request to submit the same duly filled-in by
10/03/2023 positively through office mail address (dpscbirbhum@gmail.com).

If no such teacher serves under his/her circle he/she is requested to submit a ‘NIL’ report in this respect.
