    SIR / MADAM;

    Greetings!

    In this time of our journey as a newly established school comes with a great deal on our
    maintenance and school improvement. The mere fact that our school needs to wait for at least 2
    years for our school MOOE to be approved pains us most to seek help to our beloved supportive
    stakeholders.

    Situated at the kindergarten area, our school needs additional handwashing facility as required by
    the division office for the safety and health awareness of our learners. With that in mind, we
    would like to request your good office for the construction of our handwashing facilities for our
    229 learners.

    Modification of this handwashing facility is needed because it needs to have at least 20


    functional faucets, sink and drainage system.

    We fervently hope and pray that our appeal will be given immediate appropriate actions.
