DAILY
1. Inspect Release Sheet.
2. Clean and sanitize
Release Sheet.
3. Clean and sanitize front
Belt Wrap.
4. Clean and sanitize rear
Belt Wrap.
MONTHLY
1. Measure temperature
of Bun Landing Area. It
should be at least 130°F
(54°C).
2. Set Bun Thickness Com-
pression knobs to the “6”
and “F” settings.
3. Remove front and rear
Belt Wraps.
4. Measure gap between
Conveyor Belt Chain and
toaster frame in front of
toaster.
5. Shorten the front Convey-
or Belt Chain by removing
a small link, if required.
6. Measure gap between
Conveyor Belt Chain and
toaster frame in rear of
toaster.
7. Shorten the rear Convey-
or Belt Chain by removing
a small link, if required.
8. Measure gap between
Roller Tensioner and inner
Conveyor Cover.

5. Install new Belt Wrap for
