2 Oral and Written Communication
(Ability to effectively communicate with users, subordinates, peers, superiors and customers. Communicates with clarity, timeliness,
appropriateness, effect and outcome of communications).
3 Attitude, Teamwork and Interpersonal Relations
(Enthusiasm, courtesy, adaptability, flexibility, general disposition and spirit of cooperation in the work environment. Effectiveness in relating with co-
workers and superiors to achieve common goals/targets. Including willingness to participate in extra curricular activities not related to job description.)
