13. Product and Discount Modifications.

From time to time, SISW may, at its sole discretion, modifu the list of
products in Appendix I and discounts in Appendix 3 based on factors including but not limited to Distributor
performance. Any such modification shall take the form of a new appendix replacing the previous appendix, and shall
become effective upon receipt.
