Rastek Techlrologies ("Distributor") is amentled, as follor'vs:

1. Exhibit A of the Distributorship Agreement, Channel Business Model, is replaced in its entirety with the
attached Exhibit A.

All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain the same.
