PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION CAREFULLY

Your Reservation is not your fare: The total fare, based on the vehicle size, passenger
type and count, will be collected when you arrive at the tollbooth.

Arrival Window: It
is recommended that reservation holders arrive at the end of the line at
least 45-60 minutes prior to departure time. Vehicles with reservations must be ticketed and through the
toll booth at least 30 minutes prior to the reserved departure time. Vehicles that do not check in at the toll booth at
least 30 minutes ahead of the reservation time will lose their reservation and must travel standby on a first-come, first-
served basis.

Please note that on busier sailings, vehicles may be required to queue up before reaching the toll booth. For these
sailings, drivers are encouraged to arrive at the end of the line at least 45-60 minutes prior to their reserved sailing time
so that they reach the toll booth with 30 minutes to check in. Drivers are responsible for ensuring that they reach the toll
booth prior to the 30 minute deadline.

Correct Vehicle Size: If your travel vehicle is larger than your reserved vehicle space, your reservation is void, and you
will travel standby.

No Show: If you 1) do not cancel the reservation by 5pm the day prior 2) do not make changes according to the terms
and conditions, or 3) do not  travel from the reserved departure terminal within the operating day, you will be charged
the No-Show fee.

Highway/Terminal Advisory Radio Info: Additional information is available by tuning to the Highway Advisory

Radio as you approach the terminal.

Note: Service disruptions may occur due to emergency repairs, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances.
Reservation holders are given priority during disrupted service. Please check your email and our website for updates.
