Software Development Life Cycle

The Agile Model, in my opinion, is the most practical SDLC model because it
advances steadily throughout its cycle. It describes approaches and suggests an iterative
and incremental approach to software creation. I t can be divided into separate models
that designers might collaborate on; it is also beneficial for collaboration on a design with
your peers. Additionally, it serves the needs of the client because they can view the
product early and frequently and make decisions and modifications to the project.
Additionally, minor initiatives can be implemented extremely quickly, whereas it might be
challenging to predict how long a huge project would take to create. Furthermore, even if
there is a mistake, it can be corrected midway through the job.

Applying the Agile Model as one of the SDLCs in the industry can benefit me
because it will help me improve my ability to coordinate with my coworkers, designers,
and developers as well as my talents in general. As we are all aware, timely application
of talents to projects is impossible for one person to accomplish alone, necessitating
constant collaboration with our coworkers is needed in order to analyze and prepare the
requirements.

The SDLC helps to assure high quality software that is produced and released fast
and at an optimized cost by having a solid software functionality, which is one of many
key aspects to consider from SDLC to our end-users and IT professionals across the
globe.
