I have applied for a car loan in your company and I recently paid a reservation fee for the unit
in the amount of Thirty thousand pesos (P 30,000.00) via online bank transfer. Unfortunately,
I was informed that the unit I applied for, a Toyota Hilux G, is not available in your branch.
With this, I would like to request a full refund of my reservation fee.
