public utility vehicle operating the route Katipunan-Dipolog and Vice Versa for the
reason that I am a regular member of the Zamboanga Peninsula Transport Cooperative
who acquired its certificate of registration from your good office upon submission and
paying the necessary documents.
Further I am requesting your good office to include the records of Mr. Walter
Palad for which I bought and I am the new owner of the vehicle to describe as follows:
