    Greetings!

    This refers to the withholding tax on rent being submitted by Green Sky Travel
    Agency. Please be informed that last August 2020, Green Sky Travel located at
    F&S Building, Rizal St., Legazpi City has already ceased its business operation.

    That due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Green Sky Travel Agency registered with
    the BIR on (date of registration), with Certificate of Registration OCN No.
    (certificate number) has incurred severe losses and has decided to
    permanently cease its business operation.

    Rest assured that our agency has no outstanding liability and obligation to the
