address to the branch office of KOREAN AIRLINES CO. LTD. (the “Company”). The said
notice also set a conference on 15 December 2015 at the Compliance Monitoring
Division, Securities and Exchange Commission, Mandulyong City.

We would like to inform your office that the Notice of Deficiencies involves voluminous
records and documents. It is for this reason that the Company needs time to collate the
required documents that the Company must provide to your office. In the spirit of
Christmas, we therefore ask from your office to give us until January 6, 2016 to comply.
