good office to avail my Two (2) Months or 6o Days VACATION LEAVE benefits preferably
start October 01, 2015 up to December 01 2015, My Employment Contract Agreement With the
company will expire on September 30, 2015. Please arrange all my necessary documents,
monetary benefits, Exit and Re- Entry VISA travel documents from Saudi Arabia to the
Philippines.
